Learn skills. Gain experience. Start your career.

CentenaryWorks connects students and job seekers to career training, paid internships, and employer opportunities in New Jersey.

What is CentenaryWorks?

A simple path from learning to earning.

CentenaryWorks is a joint alliance model designed to help people move from training to paid work and long-term careers.

1

Register and choose a path

Participants start by choosing a career pathway such as cybersecurity or manufacturing.

2

Train with trusted partners

Centenary provides the university pathway. IIT provides hands-on vocational training.

3

Connect to paid work

Rangam Works helps match trained participants to paid internships and employer opportunities.

Built for New Jersey

Designed for students, adults, employers and communities.

The first pilot can serve Centenary students, adult learners, career changers, underemployed residents, neurodiverse talent, and employer-referred candidates.

The goal is easy to understand: train people, help them graduate from the pathway, place them into paid internships, and help employers convert strong interns into permanent employees.
