What is CentenaryWorks?

CentenaryWorks is a proposed joint alliance portal that connects education, vocational training, paid internships, and employer placement.

Is this only for Centenary students?

No. The pilot can serve Centenary students, adult learners, career changers, underemployed residents, young adults, neurodiverse talent, and employer-referred candidates.

Who provides the training?

IIT provides vocational and technical training. Centenary provides institutional support and a pathway to the Working BA program.

Who connects participants to employers?

Rangam Works leads employer engagement, internship matching, payroll support, and placement services.

Are internships paid?

The goal is to offer short-term paid internships using grant money or approved workforce funding when available.

Can employers hire interns permanently?

Yes. Employers can convert successful interns into permanent employees if there is a good fit.

Will CentenaryWorks.com include registration and job search tools?

The public website will explain the program. Registration, job search, matching, and application workflows can be powered by the RangamWorks engine.
