CentenaryWorks guides participants through a clear path: enroll, train, graduate, intern, and move toward a permanent job.
Participants begin at the public website and choose the path that fits them best.
The registration and job search tools will be powered by the RangamWorks platform, not custom-coded on public content pages.
The first pilot pathways are cybersecurity and manufacturing, with more pathways possible later.
IIT provides hands-on technical training. Centenary connects participants to student support and the Working BA pathway.
Participants complete training requirements and become ready for internship matching.
Rangam Works matches participants to short-term paid internships funded through grants or employer-supported funding.
Employers can evaluate the intern and may convert them into permanent employment.
The alliance tracks people trained, people graduated, people placed into paid internships, and people hired.
